Claim and variation

Claim: when the contractor feels that he will suffer time delay and money loss due to different reasons such as a change in the tender drawing. or change on site condition such as encountering hard rocks while the tender document stating the absence of hard rock. in this case, the contractor will submit a detailed claim within 28 days explaining the reason for the claim and attaching the assertive document. however, if the soil mentioned in the tender is rock and the actual soil is sand. client cant reduces or cuts the cost for this item.







The variation introduced by the client. when the client asks to change some items such as tiles brand. the contractor, in this case, will be paid for cost and given an extension of time as compensation.

Therefore we should always ensure that the forms are appropriately installed, and it is sufficiently supported to resist the concrete during placing and compacting. The casing is a thick steel tube. The casing used extensively in construction drilled piles. The casing used to guide the drilling rig to drill the pile hole in the correct location.
